What documentation will I receive?
You receive a Waste Transfer Note on the day of collection. For data-bearing devices, you'll also receive a signed data erasure certificate within 48 hours confirming NIST 800-88 compliant destruction.
Are you able to collect outside of business hours?
Yes. We regularly collect in evenings and at weekends to fit around your team. Just let us know your preferred time when booking.
How do you handle data security?
All data-bearing devices are wiped using NIST 800-88 certified processes. We are registered with the ICO (ZC000314) and operate in full compliance with UK GDPR.
