- How it works
Simple, hassle-free
from start to finish.
From your first inquiry to receiving your compliance documents, the entire process is designed to cause as little disruption to your team as possible.
- The process
How your collection works
Three clear steps. No hidden stages, no chasing, no invoices.
1
Get in touch & describe what you have
Fill in the booking form below, email [email protected]
or call Daniel directly on 07756 145492. Let us know roughly what you have and where you're based. There's no requirement for a precise inventory at this stage — an approximate count and item types is enough.
We cover all of Northamptonshire and generally offer free collection within 50 miles of Northampton. If you're outside that radius, it's still worth getting in touch — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
2
We confirm a date and time that suits you
We aim to confirm your collection within 24 hours of your enquiry. We offer
morning, afternoon, evening and weekend slots — whatever minimises disruption
to your team. For large-volume or multi-site collections, we'll discuss a schedule
that works in stages if needed.
You'll get a direct confirmation from Daniel — not an automated system. If
anything changes on your end, just call or message and we'll rearrange.
3
We collect — and hand you your paperwork
On the agreed day, Daniel arrives with the van and handles all the loading. Your
team doesn't need to do any heavy lifting. Once the collection is complete, we
hand you a Waste Transfer Note on the spot — this is your legal proof of
compliant disposal and should be retained for your records.
For organisations disposing of large volumes of equipment, we can provide an
itemised collection manifest on request.
4
Data destruction certificates issued within 48 hours
For any data-bearing devices collected — laptops, desktops, phones, tablets,
servers, or storage media — we apply NIST 800-88 compliant erasure processes
and issue you a signed data destruction certificate within 48 hours of
collection.
This certificate names each device (by serial number where possible), confirms
the erasure standard applied, and is signed by Daniel as the responsible
operator. It's the document your DPO, IT manager or governors will want to see.
