- Who we work with
From sole traders to multi-site organisations, we work with all kinds of
businesses and public bodies. Here’s how we help each sector specifically.
SMEs & businesses
From small offices to larger organisations, we handle IT clearances of all scales. Ideal for office moves, device upgrades or simply clearing equipment that's been accumulating.
Schools & colleges
We understand the sensitivity around pupil data and the audit requirements of educational governance. Our certified destruction documentation is designed to satisfy governors and DfE compliance.
Local authorities
We carry all the documentation and licences required for public sector procurement. Our chain-of-custody records support Freedom of Information and audit obligations.
GP surgeries & healthcare
Healthcare IT holds some of the most sensitive data in existence. We handle NHS and private practice equipment with the rigorous data security protocols that patient confidentiality demands.
Solicitors & professional services
Client confidentiality means data security is non-negotiable. Our NIST 800-88 certified processes and ICO registration provide the assurance that regulated professional practices require.
Charities & non-profits
Budget constraints make free collection particularly valuable for the third sector. We work with charities of all sizes and always ensure documentation is complete for trustee reporting.
Your legal obligation as a business
Under the Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990, businesses
are legally required to dispose of electrical equipment through a registered carrier. Using an unlicensed collector – or simply skipping
disposal – can result in prosecution and fines. Using us fulfils your obligation entirely.
£300
maximum fine per item for
improper WEEE disposal
